After a welcome drink you will be shown how to make basic breadwith white flour, how to incorporate yeast, do's and dont's of kneading and proving, and how to shape a loaf, plait, bread buns , savoury filled bread, tear and share or stromboli. Working in pairs you will recreate this and then move onto work with wholemeal or an enriched dough to make another savoury dough delight or with the enriched dough we will make chelsea buns, honey bread, fruit loaf or a cinnamon twist.

All ingredients and aprons are provided along with refreshments. Please bring along containers to take home your bread.
